Barack Obama is about rhetoric on the 50-thousand foot level. That's what North Dakota Republican Party Chairman Gary Emineth says following today's speech. Emineth says he feels Obama is out of touch with most North Dakotans... (Gary Emineth) One of the things he talked about today, I caught part of it, was programs, programs, programs. When I hear that I hear spend, spend, spend, I hear tax, tax, tax. And that the concern I have. The average North Dakotan were very conservative out here and that's a concern that I have when government spending raising taxes that's whats gonna be at one end. Emineth says he also believes Obama needs to revisit his stance on energy. He says Obama's energy policies don't work well with how North Dakotans live their lives.  « Less
